Michael has been in this business for decades and has seen the best and worst of property management. Director of Communications
Erin has over 25 years of accounting experience, of which 13 were spent in the real estate market. Her tenure in the real estate market started as a staff accountant in property management. She was responsible for maintaining accounting records, budgeting and managing cash flows for both commercial and residential properties. She was able to move into a leadership position and transitioned into maintaining the accounting records and budgeting for the company as well.
Jan Jordan has 30 years of accounting experience and customer service. Jan tries to create a positive experience for our tenants, clients, and property owners. Her role as an Accounting Assistant is to make sure our book-keeping and payment processing is done with transparency and integrity. Our department works tirelessly to maintain a fiscally healthy firm.
Stephanie Sweet brings a diverse skill set and decades of experience to PURE. She has assumed command of the firm’s property management software and HR duties, all the while assisting in marketing and resident engagement strategies. She is the first point of contact with residents and potential clients and is often assisting the leasing staff in resident communications. Her experience in a variety of aspects of property management has made Stephanie a true asset to PURE.
Kelli arrived to Michigan from California in 2018 and after changing her professional path from hospitality to property management, she joined PURE in 2020. She brings extensive sales experience and has become loved by our residents for her communication and personal approach to leasing. As a leasing specialist, Kelli works directly with our residents and our property manager through new lease signings, renewals, tenant issues, and assists with property marketing strategies.
Asst. Commercial Property Manager
Garrett arrived to PURE in 2020 from California where he worked in the hospitality industry for years. A graduate from Full Sail University in Florida, Garrett quickly found success within the property management industry. His extensive experience as a handy man complimented his people skills which has benefited both PURE’s commercial and residential clients.
Nolan was hired by PURE in 2020 as a facilities technician. He has more than four years of experience in the field and extensive knowledge of PURE’s commercial and residential portfolio. Nolan currently focuses on PURE’s urban core properties in the greater Grand Rapids area.
Director of Facilities
With more than 25 years in the construction management industry, Colin brings extensive knowledge in both the field and management aspects of our business. He has experience with commercial, mixed-use, retail, multi-family and hospitality construction as well as occupied renovations.
Billy Pierson brings decades of technical knowledge, property management experience, and customer service to the PURE team. He was employed at one of West Michigan’s largest property management firms prior to joining PURE. His skill set has made him an asset to our multi-family and mixed-use portfolios. Billy currently serves as a maintenance technician for both our residential and commercial spaces.
