Michael has been in this business for decades and has seen the best and worst of property management. President

Anne Ficeli learned early on in her career that providing excellence in communication and service combined with responsiveness are crucial to success. As President of PURE, Ficeli is the key component to building and supporting a team of talented, respectful, and motivated individuals who understand what it takes to serve tenants and clients. Ficeli arrived to PURE from Colliers International where she led a team that managed more than 7 million square feet of commercial, residential high rise, and historic properties. Her experience in the industry spans more than 25 years.
Ryan Wheeler

Ryan Wheeler

Principal Partner

Ryan Wheeler has nearly two decades experience as a property owner, developer, and asset manager for a portfolio exceeding $300 Million. Wheeler has a broad range of experience as an upscale property owner and has worked closely with municipalities such as Historic Preservation Commission, City of Grand Rapids, and State of Michigan. Additionally, Wheeler is responsible for managing assets for The Warner Building and Hyatt Place Downtown.

Director of Communications

Jason Wheeler has been connecting tenants to the community for more than two decades. Wheeler has been instrumental in developing strategic marketing campaigns responsible for generating company revenue and facilitating resident retention. Wheeler currently directs a team that has stabilized hundreds of residential units as well as hundreds of thousands of commercial square feet. As an owner/investor in a several hundred-million dollar portfolio of commercial and residential real-estate, Wheeler can relate to both the investors and management team on a deeper level.
Robert Hibbs

Director of Facilities

Robert Hibbs has directed facilities teams for some of the largest construction and real estate management firms in the Midwest. With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, Hibbs is well- seasoned when it comes to facilitating contracts, budget management, and quick response times. Hibbs’ team is unmatched in both tenant relations and quality of work within mixed use buildings. Under Hibbs’ management, PURE has implemented a continuing education program for facilities staff members to ensure safety and professionalism.
Roger Tanis

Roger Tanis

Lead Facilities Technician

Roger joined PURE in 2019 and quickly proved himself as a valuable member of the team. With several years of experience in property and residential maintenance, Roger understands workflow schedules, tenant dynamics, and quality standards. He is often on-call 24-hours a day for PURE residents and is a direct representation of PURE’s work ethic and accountability.

Controller

Erin has over 25 years of accounting experience, of which 13 were spent in the real estate market. Her tenure in the real estate market started as a staff accountant in property management. She was responsible for maintaining accounting records, budgeting and managing cash flows for both commercial and residential properties. She was able to move into a leadership position and transitioned into maintaining the accounting records and budgeting for the company as well.

AP/AR Specialist

Jan Jordan has 30 years of accounting experience and customer service. Jan tries to create a positive experience for our tenants, clients, and property owners. Her role as an Accounting Assistant is to make sure our book-keeping and payment processing is done with transparency and integrity. Our department works tirelessly to maintain a fiscally healthy firm.
Ashleigh Deane

Ashleigh Deane

Leasing Specialist

Ashleigh Deane has more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial leasing, property management, and hospitality. Her deep knowledge of the industry is complimented by her communication and hospitality skill set. Ashleigh assists the property managers on both the multi-family and the urban core leasing efforts and has developed authentic relationships with our residents that result in high retention. In addition, Ashleigh has several years experience in resident events and resident engagement strategies.
Stephanie Sweet

Stephanie Sweet

Office Manager

Stephanie Sweet brings a diverse skill set and decades of experience to PURE. She has assumed command of the firm’s property management software and HR duties, all the while assisting in marketing and resident engagement strategies. She is the first point of contact with residents and potential clients and is often assisting the leasing staff in resident communications. Her experience in a variety of aspects of property management has made Stephanie a true asset to PURE.
Lexi Brooks

Lexi Brooks

Leasing Manager

Lexi Brooks was hired by PURE in 2018 and has assisted in the development of comprehensive marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies using industry-leading technologies. Her vast experience and education in social media, web analytics, strategic planning, and leasing have helped stabilize the firm’s urban core and multi-family portfolio. She brings a technical skill set to PURE that ensures success through strategic marketing initiatives and leasing support.
Tori Sobkowiak

Tori Sobkowiak

Leasing Specialist

Tori is a recent graduate from Central Michigan University with a degree in Child Psychology and experience in residential leasing. She joined PURE in 2020 and assists with leasing and marketing a variety of apartment and townhome communities in PURE’s portfolio.
